Política de reembolso

Orders for Brasil Butters cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made to order for you and are perishable food items. Please make sure to review all ingredients that are listed on the product page to ensure you are not allergic or if you cannot consume any of the ingredients. 

By placing an order you are confirming you have reviewed all the ingredients and have read and understand the refund policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the order is damaged or broken in transit, you are eligible for a refund for those items. Please contact us and provide a photo or video of the damaged items so that we can file a claim with the delivery company and refund you for those items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve approved your refund or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
